When Publishing.com reached out, their product team was stuck. The codebase had become hard to maintain, design handoffs were inconsistent, and engineering velocity had ground to a halt. They needed more than fixes—they needed to build a design system quickly, design foundations, efficient design-to-development workflows, and mentorship so the team could begin shipping with confidence.

Design system foundation Built a comprehensive design system from the ground up—components, patterns, and guidelines that would serve as the foundation for all future development.
